Mentoring

We can provide one-on-one mentoring of young professionals to help them learn to deal with terranes that are outside their experience. In general, this involves working hand-in-hand with the client on a specific project; the aim being to combine our normal consulting activities with an element of training of the client. Normal practice is for us to provide a written joint report on the project at the end of the exercise. Such mentoring can be confined to a single field trip, or can be run over a number of short site-visits spread over a longer period of time.

Examples of such activity includes a project in Baffin Island mentoring a moderately experienced Columbian geologist; a project in Kosovo mentoring two new young geologists in their first project; a mine-site in Australia mentoring a small team of young mine exploration geologists.
